Overview

These Terms & Conditions are an agreement bewteen you and us, Boutique Balloons Jersey. You accept these terms and conditions by doing any of the following things:

  • Accessing and using our Website
  • Placing an order through our online shop
  • Placing an order directly with us by any other means (For example Telephone, E-Mail, Social Media)

Balloons, Inflated and Personalised Products cannot be returned. Please take care when ordering such products to ensure any personalisation or options are accurate.

Refunds will only be issued where there is a clear product/production fault.

Payment

Payments will be authorised and taken upon Checkout. Payments are securely processed via our Business for Revolut payment portal. We do not store ANY payment details on our platform. Any request to store payment details will handled by our Revolut payment portal.

Purchases will not be processed until payment is complete.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are sometimes available in our store. The availability of any pre-order product will be detailed within the product page and description.

Payment will be taken to secure the pre-order. In the event that any pre-order cannot be fulfilled the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pre-ordered products will not be confirmed until payment is complete.


Delivery

We can only deliver within Jersey (Channel Islands). Except where a delivery/event date is agreed delivery times will be on a best effort basis and may vary. If you have a particular need, or a deadline to meet, please get in touch with via the methods listed on our Contact page before ordering.


Stock

We do our best to maintain accurate stock indicators on our products. Any stock amount listed on our product pages is subject to change, the indication of any stock should not be taken as a guarantee of product availability.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to completion for any reason. In the event that an order is cancelled by us the full payment amount (where applicable) will be refunded to the original payment method. We do our best to fulfill all orders but stock, product recalls, defects, quality issues and/or other events outside of our control may lead to an order cancelletion.

Where an order is cancelled by us we will do our best to communicate the reasons why to you.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued where there is a clear product/production fault or the item is otherwise defective. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Do not dispose of any items prior to us considering a refund as we may ask for photographs of the issue and/or to inspect the item.

If you feel you are entitled to a refund please reach out to us via the methods listed on our Contact page.

If approved, then your refund will generally be processed back to the original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any of our products.
